“The Sofitel Dubai Jumeirah Beach hotel was amazing! The customer service we had whilst we were there was phenomenal! Staff were very polite, helpful and professional. We had received an upgrade when we were there to the Executive Lounge area which made our stay even more pleasurable! Fantastic hotel in a fantastic location!”
